At Amherst Family Practice caring for you is our most important responsibility. Using traditional and holistic methods, we provide personalized, comprehensive medical care for the whole family -  from infants through adults of all ages. We take the time to listen to you, answer your questions, and provide explanations.

Our practice utilizes state-of-the art Electronic Medical Records (EMR). EMR helps improve patient care. The EMR instantly and securely puts the latest patient health information at the fingertips of our providers, whether in the office, at home, or at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.

Flu Vaccines:
The CDC (Center for Disease Control) recommends that everyone 6 months of age and older get a yearly flu vaccine. Vaccines are now available. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.

Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire:
Foundation Medical Partners and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center are proud to announce that we have expanded our Immediate Care program.  Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire now offers care for our patients in three locations - Nashua, Merrimack, and Hudson!
